TOM NIEKAMP

Tom has over 30 years of experience as an attorney in the alcohol industry.  He served as legal counsel to the ATF from 1988 to 2003, and then to the TTB from its inception in 2003 until retiring in 2014.  He has worked in private practice serving the alcohol industry on federal matters since 2014.  Tom is Of Counsel to Niekamp Law Ltd.
