The Ohio Division of Liquor Control has announced that Ohio Breweries, wineries, and low-proof mixed beverage manufacturers can now register their products and labels online with Product Registration Online, or "PRO".
The Division believes this online portal will allow for quicker processing times and fewer steps (e.g., a user’s TTB information will be preloaded on a user’s account) for a more streamlined process. Remember, no alcoholic beverage product should be sold in Ohio until a registration has been approved.
You may continue filing a paper application, but only for a limited time. It is highly encouraged that you begin using the online application. Credit card is the only form of payment currently accepted.
